Can we host an event or party?
St. Malo is a residential community with a strict no-event policy, and only registered guests may be on the property. It’s part of what keeps the place magical — and it’s enforced with love (and a gatehouse).
Is it right for families?
Emphatically. Gated and guarded, paved lanes full of kids on bikes, sunny courts, and a beach one minute away. Little ones should be supervised outside — the lawn meets the lagoon.
Can I work remotely from the house?
Fast wifi in every room, a dedicated workspace, and no shortage of quiet corners. Just don’t blame us if the ocean wins.
How does check-in work?
Every group checks in with the security gate, and the HOA asks for a brief pre-arrival form with ID. We’ll walk you through everything before you arrive.
