The Residence

Four private suites. One storybook setting.

Sunlit and storied — arranged like a small seaside compound, with ocean views from inside and a manicured lawn running down to the still water of Buena Vista Lagoon.

Made for slow mornings and long dinners

The great room gathers everyone under vaulted ceilings — gas fireplace going, a 55″ smart TV for movie nights, ocean views from inside the house.

The kitchen cooks like it belongs to someone who loves to: gas range, dishwasher, Swiss cutlery, and a proper coffee ritual — French press, grinder, and kettle. Holiday dinners have been made here for fifty years; yours will be in good company.

Fast wifi runs through every room, with a dedicated workspace if the office insists on following you.

The Gatehouse · Where every stay begins
Good to Know

The honest details

Arrival is simple

Guests check in at the gatehouse. Before your stay we’ll send a short pre-arrival form — our HOA requires it — so we can gather a few details and have everything ready for your arrival.

A residential community

No parties or events, registered guests only, and a gentle 5 mph on the lanes. It’s why the place still feels like 1929.

No air conditioning — by design

Coastal architecture and fresh ocean air keep the house comfortable nearly all year. Open a window; that’s the amenity.

The lawn meets the water

It’s the best part of the house, and the reason little ones need eyes on them outside.
